Our in-house groomer Nicky offers a friendly, professional grooming service right here in-store. Whether your dog needs a tidy-up, a full groom, or a relaxing bath, Nicky provides a calm and caring experience tailored to each pet. Book in advance to treat your dog to a pamper session they’ll love.

We offer water testing for your aquarium to help you maintain a healthy environment for your fish. Our knowledgeable team will test for key parameters like pH, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate — offering practical advice if anything needs adjusting.
Collect water from your tank in an clean empty container like a water bottle, jar or sealable watertight bag. bring this to the store during opening times.
Testing costs £1 per tank tested. The test is free if you end up purchasing any solutions or treatments recommended to fix any water issues found during the test.

Looking for something we don’t currently have in stock, or need your favourites on a repeat schedule? Our special and regular ordering service has you covered. Whether it’s a hard-to-find product or your pet’s usual food or bedding, we’re happy to order it in just for you. Let us know what you need — once or regularly — and we’ll make sure it’s here when you need it.
If you’d like to make sure your pet’s favourite products are always in stock, we can add them to our regular order list. Just speak to a team member in-store and let us know what you’d like and how often you need it. For the first three orders, we kindly ask for pre-payment to confirm your request. After that, you’re welcome to pay on collection. We’ll notify you as soon as your item arrives and hold it for you to pick up at your convenience.
To place a special order, simply speak to a member of our team in-store. Let us know what you’re looking for — whether it’s a specific product, pet supply, or something we don’t usually stock — and we’ll check availability and price for you. Once confirmed, payment is required upfront to secure your order. We’ll then arrange for it to arrive with our next delivery and let you know when it’s ready to collect.
