Delivery Options

We offer a variety of delivery options. For our local customers we offer a van delivery service provided by ourselves and for the rest of the UK* we offer courier and Royal Mail Options.

Free Delivery

Free delivery options are available on most orders over £65 as well as on sale items. The Free delivery courier will be allocated according to weight and size of parcel. The free delivery option will not exceed 25kg packaged weight, this could be updated in future as the service increases. ‘Free Local Van Delivery’ is activated at £25 for people with Hull HU postcodes* and delivery will take place in evening and during day depending on the customer’s chosen time slot at checkout.

All our deliveries are calculated by weight and box size for your order – this means you will be getting the closest rate of what postage actually costs rather than a standard flat rate. Please note, this is calculated using packaged weight and not product weight.

If you are local, we offer a Click & Collect service and display stock levels at all stores in Hull. 

Delivery Timescales

We show our stock levels on the site and we aim to fulfil new orders as soon as we receive them. We will always strive to dispatch your order to the courier the same day or next day. 

Local Only Delivery products

You may notice we have some items that are purely for our local customers. We unfortunately do not have the logistics services or man (or woman) power to manage postage and packaging on selected items. We do hope to offer these in the future. 

Delivery Regions

Delivery rates apply to standard, mainland UK destinations and exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please ensure you always use your correct, valid postcode for accurate delivery prices at checkout.

We regret we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or outside of the UK at this time.
