Refunds for purchases made in a store

if you are seeking a refund for something purchased in store, please return your items in person to the store you purchased from. 

Refunds will be granted on food and dry goods if: 

  • You have purchased within 7 days.
  • You have a receipt or you can tell us the date and roughly what time you purchased so we can search the system for your transaction. 
  • The item you purchased is unused and in a resalable condition with all the packaging present. 

Faulty items: 

  • Faulty items will be subject to a replacement or fix. If no alternative is available then a refund will be issued. 

Pets & Fish: 
Pets and Fish are not included in refund policies. However, any problems must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. Speak to a member of staff in store if you have any questions or concerns.
